Manchester & Edinburgh

I'm finally home! Been craving for bbq sambal stingray.. i always miss local food whenever i m away in angmoh countries. n Yes, that's the 1st thing i went out for. Hoh n i went to e one near my place. Stingray, hot plate beancurd n pineapple rice. Shiokness.

Great trip this time. I've been to Old trafford when i was in Man last year. So this year, 难得有伴 , me n 5 other crew ventured to Edinburgh in Scotland via a 3 hr plus train ride. Was a 2 day 1 night thingy. Totally make full use of my time in Man. Shopping in Man n sight seeing in Scotland. Woohoo.

15 Oct - Day 1 to Edinburgh

An excited bunch of us got up at 6am to have breakfast n off we set to Edinburgh. Took the earliest 745am train for nearly 4 hrs.


Yea finally here @ 11 plus am.

This looks pretty much like London.

Our crazy photo taking sessions started right away. I was very attracted to this beautiful city oozing with history.

Our 1st mission was to settle our accomodation for the night n leave our barangs barangs.

Our IFS is so dedicated, he done some research before hand so we made our way to check this new hostel out. Smart city hostel for 21 pounds a night - dats 63 sin.

Wah, win liao lo. Charge ur phone in each locker.They have nokia, motorola etc. dun even need to bring handphone charger. Stylo.

We started our tour along Royal mile in the old town. n the temperature took a dip.

Yea, here we r @ Edinburgh Castle. Iconic place of the city. Was raining then. Boohoo.

Greyfriars Bobby was the dog who for 14 years guarded his masters grave in Greyfriars Kirkyard. A Bar was even named after it. Great Dog!

N back to our cosy hostel for Dinner. We so missed Asian food then. The 2 guys knocked out ard 8 plus pm while the 4 of us chatted till 12 plus am.
